With willpower and perseverance, it is possible to achieve your dreams. Juan Pablo, a bus driver, proved it with his courage and tenacity. Studying as an adult did not seem to be an obstacle for him to achieve success and fulfill his dream. Albert Einstein said it well: “As soon as you stop learning, you start dying” and Juan Pablo at 36 understood it well!
Juan Pablo leaves school to provide for his family
Coming from a poor family, Juan had a life full of pitfalls. While he had the great ambition of becoming a lawyer, he had to drop out of school and enter the world of work at a very young age to help his family. In 2001, he moved to Spain to become a truck driver. Some time later, Juan got married and gave birth to a baby girl in 2003, reports the newspaper El Siglo de Torreon, in an article published in October 2020.

“I have always loved law, but I have also always needed a job and a salary. In 2001, when I was 21 and had just gotten married, I moved to Spain where I worked as a truck driver. In 2003, our daughter was born in Barcelona and we decided to come back so that she could grow up here in Argentina, accompanied by her family,” says Juan.
Passionate about law, Juan never gave up on his dream of becoming a lawyer
After many years of hard work dedicated to his family, Juan decided that it was time for him to realize the dream that was close to his heart. He then resumed his studies and obtained his law degree at the age of 42.
“I then joined the Rosario Bus team, and there, the boss, Viviana Tinari, helped me a lot and supported me in my study project,” explains Juan. “She encouraged me and gave me the means to pass my exams. When it was difficult for me, Rosario Bus made everything easier for me. I am very grateful to the company, my wife and my family. Everyone helped me… I really believe in God, it is also thanks to him,” he adds.

Why go back to school regardless of age?
According to Diplomeo, there is no age to go back to school. At 30, 40 or 50, it is always possible to acquire new skills to progress or change careers. A new training allows you to find a new job, to reorient yourself towards promising sectors or to progress within the company and benefit from better compensation.
