The story of Sergeant Davit Karapetyan shocked thousands of people. He did what can warm any heart. He adopted his companion, a dog retired from military service, with whom he served for many years.

This dog, whose name was Rex, spent most of his life in service next to the sergeant. Together they performed many important missions, faced dangers that they overcame together. But, as in everyone’s life, it was time for Rex to rest.

Sergeant Karapetyan could not leave his faithful friend and decided that Rex would continue to live next to him. “He is not just a comrade, but a member of my family. “I can’t imagine Rex being left without care or far from me,” said the sergeant.
